We are the change that tech needs for the future. Nonprofits can also be the change by being a Tech Fleet client.
It's too hard to get tech roles today. Tech jobs often need prior on-the-job experience to qualify. This creates an overwhelming gap for new graduates and career changers.
Tech Fleet offers training to fill the gap. We do this by opening access to client-facing work. We build technology that serves people and the planet.
Since 2020, our members have volunteered more than 140,000 hours with clients. We've designed and developed technology for nonprofit missions. We've helped over 500 individuals who are historically excluded from tech careers.
