Baddies in Tech is on a mission to help women of color break into tech careers. Their online community creates safe spaces for women of color in tech to belong, offering community support and services for members. Today their online community exists online in Discord. This project serves to design a new online platform experience for Baddies in Tech community members and managers to better serve those in the Baddies in Tech community. Within the platform, they want to help potential members and partners navigate easier and find relevant information and get support.
